Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the fields of architecture, Program and Development Management and Project Management/Owner’s Representation in both the public and private sectors.

He has played a leading role in some of Chicago’s best-known commercial developments, including the 525 W. Monroe office building, the Arthur Andersen & Company Training Center, the Quaker Tower (1 million square foot office building), Chicago Place at 700 N. Michigan (an eight-level retail development including Saks Fifth Avenue and co-development of 233 luxury condominium units) and 120 N. LaSalle, a 40 story mixed-use office building.

As a former Chicago Commissioner running the Department of Transportation and then Planning and Development for Mayor Richard M. Daley, Jeff Boyle also managed public agencies with thousands of employees and hundreds of millions of dollars in annual budgets.  He also oversaw a wide range of construction projects, including the $410 million CTA Orange Line, and the $40 million Roosevelt Road Bridge and Viaduct.
